Dear Carolina Physical Therapy Associates,

I am writing to you today to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent therapy I received from your Physical Therapist, Danielle Shea, and her assistants, Kim and Jody.

When I began treatment, I was experiencing a great deal of pain and was a little apprehensive about the treatment I would receive. (I had been to other Physical Therapists in the past and had left with more pain than I came in with, thus my apprehension!).

 I was suffering from wide-spread Fibromyalgia and had a pretty severe case of tendinitis in my left shoulder. The compassionate and professional care I received relieved my anxiety about the treatment and the physical therapy I received took away my pain. I am sleeping better, able to exercise on my own without pain and am enjoying a greater quality of life thanks to the professional and compassionate staff of Carolina Physical Therapy Associates.

If I need physical therapy in the future, I will most definitely return to Carolina Physical Therapy Associates. I have recommended you to all my friends!
