Brain Ward PT

Brian graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercie Science.  He completed his Master of Science in Physical Therapy at East Carolina University.  Brian worked in multiple settings treating a variety of general orthopedic conditions.  He performed on-site industrial ergonomic assessments, instructed on-site injury prevention programs and completed functional capacity evaluations.

Shelly Buffaloe PT

Shelly is a native to the Fuquay-Varina area.  She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.  She graduated from Elon University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.  She treats patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions as well as diagnoses pertaining to Womens Health.  Shelly volunteers regularly for the Special Olympics and served as captain for her team in Relay for Life several times.
