Sue Ella Johnson PT
 Sue Ella received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She received her Master of Health Administration degree from Pfeiffer University. Sue Ella worked in many settings including outpatient, hospital and home health. She now concentrates on business development, operations, recruiting and management.
Jerry W. Strickland, MS, PT
 Jerry graduated from Duke University in 1977 with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. He has over 30 years of administrative and clinical experience in the inpatient hospital setting, freestanding and hospital based outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facility rehab and homehealth services. Currently Jerry is providing staff supervision and development, managing contract relations and providing patient care in the home health setting as a part of the companyʼs overall healthcare delivery. Jerry is involved with business and staff development, marketing and management.
Jeff Agan, PT
 Jeff graduated from DʼYouville College in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Physical Therapy. He has focused his continued learning on the evaluation and treatment of the spine. Jeff is McKenzie certified and serves as tremendous leader in our spine management program. When not treating patients with spine related disorders, Jeff emphasizes general orthopedics and sports medicine. As an owner and leader in CPTA, Jeff is involved in operations, business development and marketing.
